Good location and price. Family rooms.

The beds were too basic, air con pretty old and noisy.

Good location, near the 7/11 and the Main Street. Lumpini park is 1,5km away. Good breakfast.

Very dark room, feels like in a basement. Although there is one window in the master bedroom there is no light other than that. Second bedroom is too dark, also the lights in the kitchen are too dim.

Had a few small issues with first room, was moved to another without any problems. Breakfast was good too.

Very good price and very near to many food shops.

Renovations on nearby rooms caused a lot of noise.

Very near to 7-11, street food, and money exchange. Getting taxi is very easy. Only 10-15 minutes walk from BTS and MRT. They accept late check outs and charge very less. Room service is great. Initially I was placed in a room at 9th floor, but on my request they transferred me to a lower floor.

On my last stay there in December they upgraded my room to junior suite. But I had bad experience with cockroaches. This time while booking, I was notified that I would be upgraded to junior suite but it did not happen. Cockroaches are lesser now than 6 months ago.

Complimentary upgraded to a Junior Suite is really a plus! Really enjoyed all the extra space. Room is clean. Breakfast is decent.

Bed springs uneven at some spot, but generally ok.

Needed a clean and comfortable hotel after dental surgery, I got just that. Close to busy street that has what you need but setback so quiet. Shuttle bus to local shopping center and train system so easy to get around. Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. Excellent Wifi, large fridges (very helpful if you vegetarian like me), very comfortable bed + pillows , good showers and other room amenities. Special thanks to Jittipoon for all her help, and very special thanks to Ms Kwanta who upgraded me to a suite because of minor problem in room that was fixed anyway, always greeted with a big smile. Big thumbs up!!

Older hotel so very minor issues that either don't really matter or were fixed anyway, lots of work being done so hotel will be even better in the future. Hotplates in the room but no utensils didn't really matter as local street full of busy restaurants and streetfood , tv modern flatscreen but reception not great but who comes to Bangkok to watch television. The owner is doing a great job, big thanks.

The staff were very friendly. A grest place to stay if you have a car. The staff get all the bags and then park your car while you check in. They will bring your car to the front door while checking out. No waiting.

I couldn't connect my laptop to electricity near the desk, the socket was behind the TV and not accessable. The room is very small and somehow organized in a very uncomfortable way.

The staff are really helpful specially the front desk staff. The hotel is 10 min walking distance from metro station and you will find lots of restaurants and super markets.

Everything in the room looks old and used a lot. The shower head was so dirty that I had to clean it. The AC filter looked like it was not cleaned from ages. The lobby carpet to our room had staines and was super dirty.

This time I had lots of issues with the aircon. They know already about the problems with the air conditioning system and it's being updated step by step. I've been in this hotel many times already. Just this time I didn't have much luck. But still, it's a great place to stay.

I have stayed here before and I rate it good to very good. However this stay and the room in particular were a nightmare. My room was on the 2nd floor at the end of the hallway and at a set of stairs with metal railings. From early morning to late at night staff would bang things against the railing, making loud "gong" sounds in the room. They are oblivious to the noise and discomfort they are causing their guests. The room had a balcony which looks onto a metal roof and the neighbouring building's car park. The roof was a sleeping area for cats and their kittens which cried most of the night and even came on to the balcony crying. The neighbouring building's car park had a little dog let to run around and yap incessantly at people and other animals wondering through. Absolute nightmare. The balcony door would not lock at one end and sat ajar constantly. On arrival the porter put on the aircon but it had no air. I opened the unit and found that the filters were clogged, obviously something that house keeping pays no attention. Once I cleaned these the aircon was perfect. The hotel is storing glass and plastic bottles on the other side of the room wall. At early hours of the morning and throughout the day, staff were moving, sorting and stacking these glass bottles. Nearly drove me insane at 5am in the morning. Their just is not the awareness of the noise they are making and how that impacts on a guests stay. Over all the room was very worn down and I would say overpriced for what it is...not like any of the photos on booking.com. Do not stay in room 206 awful! Rooms service, is just hopeless. From dialing to having no menus in room, food poorly cooked, no condiments with burger (salt pepper or sauce). On the last day we asked if the restaurant was open (12:15pm) for lunch, staff said yes on the 9th floor. When we arrived all locked up and housekeeping said it was closed. Desk staff were perplexed when we told them.

- the staff were super friendly- just wonderful ! - great huge balcony and nice view - everything very clean - the bed is super comfortable - the housekeeping speaks great English ( even in 5* hotels you won’t find, kind and helpful like that) - we’re coming back after 2 weeks because in this area and for that great standard and price you won’t find even one better accommodation!!! - thanks again to the staff for everything :)
